1. Yoga108 Earth/Prithvi. Asana & vinyasa sequence based on Shri T.
Krishnamacharya original Vunyasa Krama style. This is not Ashtanga
Vinyasa by P.Jois but original style of Shri Krishnamacharya himself,
which Ilia studied with Indian guru Shrivatsa Ramaswami, direct
disciple of Krishnamacharya in his Madras period. Earth is symbol of
strengh and stability of physical body Krishnamacharya approach
include work with kumbhakas (breath retention) during asana practice.

2. Yoga108 Vayu/Air. This class dedicated to breath in traditional
yoga. Control of Breath leads us to higher state of mind. Prana-vyayamas
(dynamical breathing exersices to increase lungs capacity and develop
kumbhaka, breath holding). Classical Pranayamas (yogic breathing),
Dharana (Concentration) leads us to Dhyana (Meditation).  

3. Cyclic meditation – deep guided relaxation in simple asanas and
shavasana with closed eys and mantra singing. Practice to develop
sensetivity and dissolve hidden blocks and tensions in your body and
mind.  Methods to calm down waves of mind with tranquil meditative

4. Yoga Nidra with Past Life Regression journey.

Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation of the body and mind,
opening up access to the depths of our subconscious. In this session,
Yoga Nidra is combined with the technique of immersion in the memories
of past lives (regression therapy).
The session consists of a theoretical lecture (a story about the
methodology and principles of work, as well as useful recommendations
for successful practice) and a practical session of immersion in the
“archives” of our subconscious memory, which together takes 2.5 hours.

This method developed in the middle of the 20th century, and arising
from experience with trance states and subconscious memory. The most
famous founders of the method are psychologist Michael Newton (Michael
Newton, 1931-2016), psychiatrist Brian Weiss (Brian Weiss, b.1944).
Regression can be done as a practice of self-knowledge, spiritual
growth, a kind of cognitive excursion into your subconscious memory.
This is especially useful for students of traditional yoga, where the
doctrine of the reincarnation of the soul (Atman) is one of the key
ideas that the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras and many other
Sanskrit texts speak about. After all, it is one thing to read the
theory, and another to get a personal experience of reincarnation
memory, your own inner experience. This inspires further yoga
practice, its main goal, which is called Atma-jnana in Sanskrit,
“discovering oneself as Soul”. In addition to this, regression, as
well as classical Nidra, serves as an excellent way of “cleaning”
negative samskaras (mental imprints) and relief of stress, associated
with certain events of past incarnations.

ILIA is philosopher (M.A.), yoga-teacher and founder

including Swami Shivananda tradition, Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, Swami Dhirendra
Brahmachari school, Kriya yoga of Lahiri Mahasai. Completed TTC of
original Vinyasa Krama Yoga as tought by Shri Tirumalay
Krishnamacharya under guidence of Shrivatsa Ramaswamy, direct disciple
of Krishnamacharya for more than 30 years. He is also certified Past
Life Regression therapyst (studied in Michael Newton Institute, US)
and yoga philosophy lecturer.
