RELATIONAL DYNAMICS A Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Workshop with Joanna Pitt, Mitali & Robert Chatterjee-Ehrenbrand

We are delighted to welcome the exceptional astrologer & Kundalini Yoga teacher & singer Joanna Pitt from Los Angeles.

Joanna will start the workshop with astrological updates leading up to Summer Solstice and provide advice on how to apply the cosmological energies to your relationships. Kundalini Yoga will then help prepare your body and mind to better integrate all the planetary movements and we’ll end the workshop with a Live Mantra Meditation.

This workshop will be in English.

Please wear comfortable clothing so you can move your body and bring a warmer layer for the meditation.

No prior knowledge of Kundalini Yoga or astrology is necessary to attend.
